“Had a balcony on the 4th floor; absolutely worth it!! I walked in with no reservation and the lovely lady receptionist was so nice. Room was basic but great, no complaints (except the small elevator but no big deal)”

“Currently staying here and delighted we are on floor 3 with a sea view which is what we requested. The room is cool as air con top class ! We have our rooms cleaned daily and a bottle of water each also which we have not found in other hotels Room is spacious with a double and a good sized single for a twin. The bedding is duvets which we prefer. Staff have been pleasant and helpful. The lift is tiny but use able if you are claustrophobic take the stairs which are not steep. St Rapheal is a beautiful town very clean and as always l find French people polite and accommodating. Lots to do the temp is 28c Private beach cost 25 euros each from 9am til 7pm we had lunch and x2 drinks the cost 94 euros. Evening meals to suit most pockets with egg and chips around 6 euros if you are on a budget. There are lots of restaurants and bars Cocktails 10 Euros We are very happy with our location and will be returning to this lovely hotel.”

“Very charming hotel with very kind staff. My room was beautiful and stylish and the price was 50 euros less per night than the Nice hotel I stayed at. This is a smaller operation, with staff also working the cafe. They were nonetheless very accommodating. There is no elevator and the marble circular stairs can be a climb with luggage. I would stay here again and recommend for my healthy friends. I think the other reviews are from high maintenance folks who need more services and accoutrements.”
